At My Furniture Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality furniture products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Products returned without original packaging.
Products for which a return request is made after the return period.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, damaged delivery, or manufacturing defect.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
